About Me
“The Services” are led by Brother Don who is a loud mouthed somewhat drunken religious leader who loves God just as much as a good NASCAR event, barrel of sacramental wine, or a vulnerable altar boy. He despises those who use religion to become millionaires and is terribly afraid of Muslims. Through listener (parishioner) submitted religious jokes, crazy news, bible trivia games, stand up comedy, news audio, NASCAR chat, and some good old rock n roll “The Services” are sure to brighten your weekend. No matter what religion you are you’ll enjoy Brother Don’s exposure of the lighter side of your beliefs.
Professional Bio
“Brother Don’s Sunday Services” is the brainchild of 25 year broadcasting veteran Donald Shamber who currently resides in Broad Brook CT. When assigned the dreaded Sunday morning air shift at a local station in 1998 (WCCC), he turned the traditionally dull time slot into a religious, comedic, and NASCAR extravaganza never before heard on the radio. In late 2009 CyberStationUSA recognized the uniqueness of the show and picked it up to broadcast worldwide to its estimated 2 million listeners.
