"What's it to Ya?" (WITY) is kind of an audio-montage-radio-show. It's part musing and part amusement; part music and part spoken word. It's a show about me and my friends and our world and the world--a Bee-centric look at the human condition. Each episode, I explore a new theme in stories, interviews, bits, conversation, music, and anything that makes a sound.*****************************************************************NEW SHOW POSTED NOW!! Bee Brahm has been in radio for over a decade now, running boards and producing radio shows, interviews, bits, commercials, sound montages, and whatever else she can think of. Bee is obsessed with radio and is known for wearing her cassette/radio Walkman as she works at gardening. She often speaks of herself in the third person when she writes blurbs like this because she thinks it makes her sound more professional. "....very cheap npr kind of sounding....congrats you reached your peak" -Bee's Ex
I'm interested in pretty much everything, except sports....though I am intrigued by Posh Beckham, and her hubby David plays sports, doesn't he? If that's what sports does to a body, I'm all for it, but just don't ask me to watch it, okay? All but one of the photos on this page are by me, taken mostly in and around my gardens and at Mount Auburn Cemetery in Cambridge, Massachusetts. WITY banner by Britt Howe.
One thing I like to do is read email.Send me yours at email@example.comI'm always looking for ideas, and found, new, or old sounds and good (or really bad) music of any type. I'm always looking for conversations to tape, and people who want to tell their stories. Ideas for the show, questions, compliments, constructive criticism, suggestions and such are always welcome, as the show continues to evolve. Thanks!
